How do I cancel my plan?

Quick answer

Owners cancel in Billing & Usage: on the Plan tab choose Change plan / payment and cancel in the billing portal. Service and remaining credits continue until the end of the period, and you can Resume plan before then.

• Billed through Shopify? Uninstall Plunk Studio or Plunk Commerce from your Shopify apps instead.
• Before the end date, deliver or download anything you need. The workspace is deactivated when the period ends.
