Why is my job paused?

Quick answer

A job pauses when your workspace runs out of credits, or when something in its setup needs a fix. Everything already made is kept. Fix the cause, then press Resume on the job.

• Out of credits. The job says the workspace ran out of credits, and the person who started it gets an email. An owner or admin adds credits (buy a pack or move to a bigger plan), then you press Resume. Jobs don’t resume on their own after a top-up.
• A setup issue. The job’s message says what’s wrong and links to the fix, such as a missing swatch or a product with no photo.
• Video waiting on your approval. Some video options wait until you approve the angle views. Approve them and the job carries on.
• Before you start a big batch, the review step warns you when the total is more than your balance and the job would pause partway.
