My images aren't showing on the Shopify product page

Quick answer

Studio sends work to Shopify only when you choose to: approving isn’t enough. Check that your store is connected, then use Send to Shopify (or Add to each product on Shopify on a video).

• Is the store connected? In Library › Catalog settings you should see Connected to Shopify. If not, install Plunk Studio from the Shopify App Store, or use Reconnect.
• Did it go to the right product? Send it again to the right one: re-sending replaces the earlier copy.
• Is it there but not first? Tick Set as featured image when sending several images, or reorder the product’s media in Shopify.
• Still not on the live page? Check the product in Shopify admin first. If it’s there, your theme may be showing a cached page or a different variant’s image.
