I'm out of credits

Quick answer

When the workspace’s pool runs out, batch jobs pause and new paid work won’t start. An owner or admin adds credits in Billing & Usage: buy a pack, or move to a bigger plan. Then press Resume on any paused job.

• Buy a pack: 100 credits for $20, 500 for $85 or 2,000 for $330. Packs never expire and need an active plan.
• Upgrade: a bigger plan tops your balance up to its level straight away.
• Wait for the refill: plan credits reset on the 1st of each month.
• Not an owner? Ask your workspace owner. The Add credits button on an out-of-credits message takes owners straight there.
