The fabric pattern looks too big or too small

Quick answer

Studio sizes a pattern from two numbers: the fabric’s repeat and the product’s width. Without them it has to guess from the swatch photo. Add both on the Fabric card and make it again.

1. Open the Fabric card in Customize.
2. Type the repeat Across and Up in inches, from the fabric’s spec sheet.
3. Type the Product width in inches (it fills in automatically when your catalog has the size).
4. Check the pattern direction: Up the roll or Railroaded. The wrong one turns stripes sideways.
5. Make it again. Each new image is billed as an image.

Use a straight-on swatch photo that shows at least one full repeat. Bold lattices and diamonds are the hardest; if one still looks off, mark it in Review with a note.
