Set up brand kits for each client

Before you start

Section titled “Before you start”
  • Your logo and brand colors. Brand kits are free.
  • Your workspace kit is the default. It’s used whenever no other kit is picked, and it’s shared with Plunk Commerce.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”
  1. Click your avatar (top right) and choose Brand kits.
  2. Click New kit.
  3. Fill it in: Kit name, For (the client, line or campaign), Logo, Name on pictures and videos, Website, Brand color and Second color.
  4. Set the type: Headline font, Caption font, caption text and background colors, Caption place (bottom or middle) and Caption size.
  5. Check the Preview (a picture with the logo, a clip caption and a clip end card) and click Create kit.

Use a kit

Section titled “Use a kit”
  • Image editor, clip editor, timeline editor and Product video: click the Brand kit chip and pick the kit. Studio remembers it for that picture, clip or timeline.
  • Client boards: in Board settings, set Page identity to the kit to put its name, logo and color at the top of the client’s page.

Manage kits

Section titled “Manage kits”

Each kit shows where it’s Used on. Use Edit, Duplicate, or Archive to hide it from pickers (and Restore to bring it back). A kit that’s in use can’t be deleted; archive it instead.
