Redo and revise results
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Every redo makes a new image or clip, so it uses credits (about 13 per image). Sending something back, writing notes and withdrawing a request cost nothing.
Send results back
Section titled “Send results back”- Open the job in Review.
- Press R (Needs another try) on a result and write What should change?, for example “seat cushions too thin, match the photo’s depth”. It moves to the Needs another try tab.
- Repeat for anything else that needs work.
- Open the ··· menu and choose Redo N that need another try. Your notes go with them, and they move to Being redone.
Revise work you already approved
Section titled “Revise work you already approved”- One small fix: on the Approved tab, press F (Fix one area), box the problem and say what to fix. It stays approved.
- Several at once: in Grid view on Approved, choose Select to send back for client changes, pick the tiles and click Send back. Add one note for all of them if you like. They move to Needs another try, and nothing is redone until you choose to redo them.
Client changes
Section titled “Client changes”When a client asks for changes on a board, the item lands in Needs another try under Client changes with their note. You can:
- Redo with their note, or Fix just their box when they marked an area.
- Keep as approved to withdraw the change request. It goes back to approved and nothing is redone.
- When they’re all ready, choose Redo N client changes from the ··· menu.
Out of tries
Section titled “Out of tries”A result that keeps failing its check lands under Out of tries. Press R (Try again now) to run it again with a note, or remove it with X.
If something looks off
Section titled “If something looks off”- Redos keep coming back the same: tighten the note (say the defect and the fix), or use Fix one area. See Write good notes and prompts.
- See The result doesn’t match my product.
