Make the same changes on many products
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- The products, from your catalog, a saved image library, or photos you upload.
- A fabric or finish library if you’re changing fabrics or finishes.
- Each image is about 13 credits. The footer shows how many images the job makes before you start. A job can hold up to 500 products and 2,000 images.
- Open Customize and click Many products at once. (From a single product, click Same changes on many products at the top right.)
- Add products. Click Add from catalog or library, select them, and click Import. Or click Upload photos.
- Choose how each main option is handed out:
- Same for all: every product gets the same fabric (or finish, or color).
- Different per product: pick one per product, or use Hand out from a list to click fabrics in order (product 1 gets the first, product 2 the second, and so on).
- Every fabric on every product: every swatch you pick goes on every product. The count line shows the total, for example 3 products × 3 fabrics = 9 images. Use Leave some pairs out to skip pairs that don’t make sense.
- Set the changes for every product on the right: clean-up, fabrics, finish, options and notes, the same as for one product.
- Fill in the footer:
- Job name.
- Who reviews it: pick a teammate, or leave it for later.
- Shape: Match each photo, Square, Wide or Tall, and Hi-res if you need it.
- Also make every angle (when approved): angles are made for each image once you approve it in Review.
- Overnight (cheaper, ready by morning): available when each image is a single fabric or finish change.
- Click Start. Results show up in Review as they finish. You can leave the screen.
If something looks off
Section titled “If something looks off”- The job stopped: Why is my job paused?
- A few results are wrong: use Redo or Fix an area in Review rather than running the whole job again. See Review and approve.
- You can’t find the job: check Review, or History in Customize. See Where are my results?
