Stay on top of notifications
Where to look
Section titled “Where to look”- The bell. Click it to open Notifications. For you lists items about your jobs, boards, mentions and connections, with Mark all read. Items from Plunk Commerce are tagged Commerce. Below that are your recent generation alerts.
- Home › Needs you. Renders to review, approved work not yet delivered, client changes, fabric requests and work still being made, each with a button to act on it.
- Badges. Cards on Tools show counts such as 12 to review.
- Progress. Work keeps going when you leave a screen. Come back any time to see where it is.
Emails
Section titled “Emails”Studio emails you when:
- a teammate hands a job to you, or @mentions you in team notes;
- a client opens a board, approves or asks for changes, or sends a message (you choose which under Tell me when in Board settings).
If something looks off
Section titled “If something looks off”- A job stopped and you weren’t sure why: Why is my job paused?
- You’re missing board emails: check Tell me when in that board’s settings.
