Common problems

  • A job stopped partway. It’s probably out of credits. Add credits, then press Resume on the job. See Why is my job paused?
  • The fabric pattern is too big or too small. Add the repeat and Product width on the Fabric card. See The fabric scale looks wrong.
  • The result doesn’t look like your product. Send it back with a clear note, or use Fix one area. See The result doesn’t match my product.
  • You can’t find what you made. Check Review, Library › Images or Videos, or History in Customize. See Where are my results?
  • A client’s link stopped working. The board has probably ended. Check Ends on in Board settings. See Share work with clients on boards.
  • A result says Needs your review. Studio’s check found something to question. Look closely before you approve it.
